??? Materials Mixing system
This section consists of water flowmeter, powder measure device; air compression system and machine frame.
a. Including stainless steel barrel, water inlet pipe, stop valve, electromagnetic valve, adjustable water level signal installation, pneumatic water outlet valve and offlet connecting with mixing machine and the effective volume of body of barrel is 450L, the water regulating range is 200-450 Ls.
b. Powder Material-measuring apparatus: This section consists of electric weigher, electronic sensor, jigger, material unloading valve, material weight display, automatically controlled device etc. The effective volume of hopper is 400L, and the maximum weigh is 500 kg, the measure precision is grade four.
c. Air compression system: it consists of air compression machine, air and water separator, storing jar and pipeline. This system can be used in blow mixer and shaping machine, release agent, electric weigher, material and water feeding of water supplying system. The exhaust volume is 0.3m3/min and gas storage tank is 0.125m3. And the power of motor is 3kw.

??? Mixing machine
This section consists of mixing frame, stainless steel barrel, stainless steel cover, spraying pipeline, blending machine with motors and material fixing oil tank and so on. There are generally 2 to 3 the blender of mixing machine. The blender head is generally high-speed plasm type, and there are also plate type and others. The ring-shape pipeline is equipped on the top cover of machine which spraying water to all the direction. The cover can be automatically open so that it can be operated easily. The barrel’s maximum volume is 800L, which has hydraulic pressure auto feeding system and auto open function.
??? shaping machine
Shaping machine is designed with the principle of uprighting formwork climbing, besides mould, there are also hydraulic pressure shaping scraper, bottom mould, machine frame, pedestal, beam, column, main oil tank, top, signal settings and so on.
The material of matrix uses plating on the surface of alloy steel, the matrix precision after being polished and assembled is ±0.03mm. The precision, surface smooth, and the serve time can be guaranteed.
The auto hydraulic pressure shaping device used in shaping machine can automatically formed upper rabbet of the block, which can maintain good quality, reduce labor force and improve the automatization.
??? Central hydraulic pressure location
It includes many electric control equipment - high or low pressure oil tanker, driving motor, gasoline tank of greaser, electromagnetic valve, one-way throttle, unload valve, double valve, emission stop valve, oil filter, high-low pressure table, and oil pressure caution light, supply indication.
The system includes automatism switch equipment, which can prevent the plaster plasma stifling in the module.
??? Carriage-type space clamp
Vehicle with marching wheel move along two orbits, can move slowly or fast and control moving on along and receding. Service pneumatic space clamps cooperated with lift orbits of the vehicle under control of lift sign can lift and fall, and also adjust speed. Hence, Service pneumatic space clamp can oriented precise and lead the location, and form complete automatism equipment together with other devices through PLC adjustable control device

It located near the operation worker compose electric control cupboard and operation button. Its effect is to screw material machine, compound material machine, mixed machine, module-formed machine, central hydraulic pressure location, pneumatic space clamp according to production instruction and procedure, which can assure the product quality and efficiency under the condition of satisfy each fitting working well.
